Daleen & Martinus are a beautiful couple living in Australia. They had a beautiful rustic country inspired wedding with a touch of glam. We helped plan, coordinate and style their wedding for them through technology while they were a long distance away from South Africa throughout the process.
The setting took place in a beautiful bush venue called Askari Game Lodge. We truly wanted to give the “African experience” to all of their overseas friends that would be attending, and so we carried the rustic country theme throughout the décor and styling of the wedding – adding touches of bling and glam to truly bring out the bride’s personality.
We chose to alternate with a high centerpiece and a low centerpiece, both using natural elements such as bark and willow branches along with crystal, glass and bling décor items. These elements were finished off by using country styled flower arrangements consisting of Proteas, lavender and coffee Roses, Succulents, and lots of natural foliage.
They were such a wonderful couple to work with, and we are so glad their wedding turned out as beautiful as they are. Thank you to Stella Uys for the stunning photos!
