A couple of months ago, we met for the first time with a new client who we came to grow a fabulous relationship with. When we first met with Chantall to discuss her upcoming 30th birthday, we could immediately visualize what we wanted to do for her. Her personality showcases glitz, glamour, and pure elegance; and so it was easy to see the style that we needed to bring through for this event.
Chantall wanted a very intimate but extravagant birthday, and from the start it was a lot of fun to plan! We decided on the theme “1920s Glam”, and we made sure we brought the theme through every single element.
We chose a venue in Houghton called The Munro Boutique Hotel, which is a beautiful and elegant venue with the most breath-taking views of Johannesburg. The venue had the “1920s Glam” look and feel that we were aiming for, and so we were off to a great start. We used feathered centerpieces; lots of crystals, pearls and candlelight; and lots of 1920s props to finish off the look.
Once everything was put together, and the venues lights dimmed down, it truly looked like we had stepped into the ‘20s. The excitement could literally be felt in the air.
The venue looked gorgeous, the food was delicious, and everyone had an incredible time – especially the birthday girl. Chantall was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we will be so excited to work with her again on any future events that may come her way!
